The Grandma Used Sling Bag by MARGE SHERWOOD is crafted from genuine cow leather with a vintage cracked finish. Its adjustable belt-style strap allows it to be carried comfortably on the shoulder or shortened for a tote-style look.

The cracked finish, natural grain, wrinkles and small marks are intentional characteristics of genuine leather. Avoid contact with moisture, alcohol, cosmetics and dark-coloured clothing or denim, as colour transfer may occur.

Product care

To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding. Recommend hand wash.

Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to reduce shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity. Recommend natural dry.

Ironing: If needed, use a low-heat iron or steam to remove wrinkles. Avoid high heat on delicate fabrics.

Special Fabrics: For wool, silk, or embellished items, hand wash or dry clean as recommended.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.

You can receive a merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 7 days from the delivery date. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.

(Shipping fees will be not included in the gift card.)

We will ONLY refund it to a merchandise credit if you make a special order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer will be responsible for the return or exchange fees.

Note: A return postage fee of $15/20+tax base in Canada or US (plus applicable taxes) and $11+tax in GTA local delivery will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

GTA Location will be $8+tax.

Online purchases can be exchanged contact by email. Some items are final sale.

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:

Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. No bad smelling.
All original tags and packages must be attached. Same conditions as you received it.
You must present a valid receipt.
Return fees may occur by local pickup shipping/return by shipping company.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ANY CHARGE DUE TO RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE GIFT CARD.

Kelly Designs does NOT accept any refund during special orders. It normally takes 2-3 weeks for special order. It might delay by unavoidable shipments reason.
