Any Purchase with gift card will be final sale.

Regular Priced Merchandise

REFUND  OR EXCHANGE.

You can receive a merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 7 days from the delivery date. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.

(Shipping fees will be not included in the gift card.)

We will ONLY refund it to a merchandise credit if you make a special order. 

Any purchase with gift card will be 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer will be responsible for the return or exchange fees.


Important Notice on Size & Fit

Size and fit issues are considered personal preference and are not classified as product defects.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and size information prior to placing an order. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.


Size Disclaimer

Many of our items are labeled as “One Size.”

Please note that “One Size” does not guarantee a fit for all body types.

Fit may vary depending on individual body shape, height, and personal preference.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item meets their sizing expectations prior to purchase.


Color Disclaimer

Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and photography limitations.

Color differences do not constitute a product defect.

 

About Online Return Fees

Note: A return postage fee of $15/20+tax base in Canada or US (plus applicable taxes) and $11+tax in GTA local delivery will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

(If there is a return that makes the purchase of order not qualify for the free shipping, additional charge will apply on the merchandise credit too)

GTA Location will be $8+tax.

USA will be $20+tax.

Canada will be $15+tax.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

To start a return, you can contact us at kellydesigns.ca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Online purchases can be exchanged contact by email. Some items are final sale.


 

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. No bad smelling.
  • All original tags and packages must be attached. Same conditions as you received it.
  • You must present a valid receipt.
  • Return fees may occur by local pickup shipping/return by shipping company.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

ANY CHARGE DUE TO RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE GIFT CARD.
